Shout out to the whole dealership in Greenbrier. Took us awhile to choose our GMC but we were treated responsibly & respectfully by everyone at the dealership every time we went. Adam did a great job just waiting for us to make a final decision ( months, it took). He was patient for each of our many test drives. The service dept also has very friendly, conscientious staff. Shout- out to Tiemeyer Scott for going the extra mile to make sure the truck cover was reinstalled and now works perfectly.

Today was another great experience with Southern Kia Greenbrier Service. My appointment was for the annual State Inspection. I planned to wait. The Service Advisor area is clean and aesthetically pleasing with a large black Kia logo on the wall behind friendly employees. My Service Advisor Dekwan Millerat is wonderful.
