Shout out to the whole dealership in Greenbrier. Took us awhile to choose our GMC but we were treated responsibly & respectfully by everyone at the dealership every time we went. Adam did a great job just waiting for us to make a final decision ( months, it took). He was patient for each of our many test drives. The service dept also has very friendly, conscientious staff. Shout- out to Tiemeyer Scott for going the extra mile to make sure the truck cover was reinstalled and now works perfectly.

Merryll was easy to work with and very accommodating. The car was prepped and ready prior to our arrival and he was very knowledgeable with the details of the car’s capabilities. No nonsense, no back and forth haggling. Our price point was met and we moved through the process seamlessly working with Treyvon and finance options. Overall, fantastic team and a very easy process.

Today was another great experience with Southern Kia Greenbrier Service. My appointment was for the annual State Inspection. I planned to wait. The Service Advisor area is clean and aesthetically pleasing with a large black Kia logo on the wall behind friendly employees. My Service Advisor Dekwan Millerat is wonderful. He immediately took my ticket and walked it back. I received an automated text indicating I could text him for updates and a link to check on where my vehicle was in the repair process. I’ve been to the Southern Greenbrier location many times for service. There’s been good and bad experiences. This latest experience was exceptional, working with service tech “Rebecca D!” She was professional, efficient and communicated all my necessary updates. I dropped my truck off overnight and it was the next day.
Easy to make appointments for service and I like the free oil changes and inspections. I also get the manufacture and dealer interval services to maintain the warranty up to 20/200,00 power train. I tend to keep my cars as long as I can so time will tell if this is worth it in the long run.

Although the agent over the phone lead me to believe that I would be in and out within a few minutes, the service technician did his best to get me out in a reasonable time despite the back log of repairs that needed to be done. The customer service was stellar.
