I had a 2010 Toyota Camry which happened to get totaled, I came to Southern. Matthew put me in 2017 Kia Forte. That is a huge upgrade for me thank you so much.
Matthew did an awesome job helping me purchase a car for the for the first time! He previously helped a family member with their car purchase, and when I had to look I knew he was the person to go to. He was knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy.
I had Baker Alder for my service advisor and he was excellent from beginning to end. He understood what I needed done and it was finished within a reasonable amount of time. This was my first experience in your service department area and I will be back. I hope I am fortunate enough to get Baker Alder again for future work.
Assissted my neighbor with her Buick and a visit to the dealership. The new Service Director was helpful, spoke with knowledgeable technician and I found the service advisor easy to deal with. Good visit all in all.

She is the type of advisor that represents the Kia service I was use to when I first purchased my vehicle. A huge difference from my previous advisor at Kia. I have been going to Southern Kia Greenbrier since moving to Virginia Beach in 2012. I had a brand new Kia Forte I bought in Boston. But this Sept my check engine light came on.
