I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, the initial communication from the first service advisor was not very clear or effective, which resulted in me being left without a vehicle overnight. The following day, Josh stepped in and did a much better job communicating with me throughout the process. He was professional, helpful, and made sure I understood what was going on. Josh also worked to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. I really appreciated his communication and effort to resolve the situation.

Walked in after a total loss from a car accident (another Sorento!). Wasn’t expecting to buy the vehicle today… however, Reggie was SO incredible that we just had to come back and purchase from him.
